  • Deposit:

    A $100 deposit is required and due by November 30, 2015. The deposit will be refunded if you arrive by the Expo start time of 10:00 am, stay until the Expo closes at 3:00 pm, and clean up your service area, as described in the Rules and Code of Conduct. A “no show” or late arrival or early departure or unclean service area will forfeit your full deposit. Any due deposit will be given at the end of the Expo or mailed to Food Vendor within 7 days of the Expo date at the address provided on this registration.

    Cancellation:

    Notice of cancellation must be made by email to hla-Lakeland@hotmail.com at least 30 days prior to the Expo date for a refund of your deposit. (A $25 cancellation fee will apply). If the Expo is cancelled at any time by the Expo promoter, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.

    Food Vendor Expo Rules & Code of Conduct:

    1. Set-up or park service vehicle/cart as directed by Expo personnel
    2. Provide a trash container for customers to deposit trash
    3. Remove the Food Vendor provided trash container and clean up any trash/debris/spills in the immediate vicinity of their service
    4. By participating in this Expo, all responsibility for any injury or illness due to food, service, vehicle, personnel or equipment owned/served/provided is assumed by the Food Vendor
